Madelyn Filio is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in recruitment and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Recruiter and Co-Leader of the Women's Employee Resource Group at Genesis10 since May 2022, Madelyn has been instrumental in fostering an inclusive workplace environment and actively contributes to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Previously, Madelyn held the position of Co-Chief Executive Officer and Creative Director at Prevail Clothing Company LLC, focusing on educational partnerships and content creation. Additional experience includes healthcare recruitment at Centene Corporation, managing culture operations and recruitment at Music Theory Studios, and roles in sales and customer service. Madelyn graduated from Tallwood High School with a focus on Global Studies and World Language.
