Caroline Gustavsson

Caroline Gustavsson is the Operations & Finance Manager at Genesta. Caroline has over twenty years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to their current position, they were a Regional Business Unit Controller at UBS Investment Bank from January 2005 to January 2006. There, they were responsible for monthly P&L review and detailed variance analysis, monthly balance sheet analysis and reconciliations, and closing procedures. From January 2001 to January 2005, they were the Financial Controller at UBS Investment Bank, where they were responsible for the 2002-2005 Financial Control Department, handling financial payments and daily bank account reconciliations, monitoring FX- and Eurex-trades, and stock conversions. Caroline also implemented a new billing system - Movex - during their time there. Before their time at UBS Investment Bank, Caroline Gustavsson was an accountant at Strålfors from January 2000 to January 2001, where they were responsible for account receivable and payable, including daily accounting. Caroline began their career in 1998 as a Real Estate Agent Assistant at Mäklarproffsen before becoming a Real Estate Agent at Södermäklarna in 1999.

Caroline Gustavsson completed their real estate agent education at the University of Gävle, and also attended Frans Shartaus Gymnasium.

They work with Elie Benoit Ndong - Risk Manager, Abdelaziz Daoudi - Risk & Valuation Conducting Officer, and Tarja Jyrkäs - Operations & Finance Manager, Director. Caroline Gustavsson reports to Daniel Tallqvist, CFO & Director.
