Becky Powell

Becky Powell is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience in leading product teams and driving innovation across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Genesys since October 2018, Becky focuses on the Genesys Cloud Customer Experience platform, advocating for public API utilization and empowering developers to achieve significant API engagement. Prior roles include Principal Product Manager at TigerRisk Partners, where Becky led the development of the TigerEye analytics platform, and Product Manager at Zift Solutions, managing marketing automation software. Additional experience includes roles in web marketing and operations at companies such as Autoshop Solutions, Fridge Filters, Inc., and Powell Mechanical Contracting.
