Johanna South

Johanna South is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in infrastructure, quality engineering, and DevOps. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of IT Infrastructure at Genesys since July 2024, Johanna is instrumental in modernizing and scaling IT capabilities for the enterprise. Previous roles include Senior Director of IT at UNFI, Associate Director of QA, Automation and Performance Engineering at Humana, and Senior Director of Engineering at Twinspires.com. Johanna's career also includes significant positions at Papa John's International, where responsibilities ranged from engineering and digital operations to quality assurance. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Louisville and a certification as a Disciplined Agile (DADs) practitioner.
