Kathryn Thompson

Kathryn Thompson is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in global tax operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Tax Operations at Genesys since December 2021, Kathryn previously held the position of Associate Director of Tax at Microchip Technology Inc. from March 2019 to December 2021. Prior to that, Kathryn worked at KPMG US for nearly 13 years, concluding as a Senior Tax Manager. Kathryn holds a Master's degree in Taxation from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
