Kimberley Field is an experienced professional in customer success and sales management, currently serving as Customer Success Director for Strategic Accounts at Genesys since October 2018. In this role, Kimberley focuses on retaining, renewing, and developing accounts among the top 30 Genesys Cloud CX customers in North America. Previous accolades include recognition as the Customer Success Manager of the Year for North America in FY24, among other awards for excellence in customer engagement and innovation. Prior to Genesys, Kimberley held leadership positions at MarketBridge, NextRadio and TagStation, FireKing Security Group, and BI WORLDWIDE, demonstrating a strong track record in driving customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and data partnership development across various industries.
