Neeta Maniar Vencak

Neeta Maniar Vencak is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Head of Information Security Assurance at Genesys since March 2022. In this role, Neeta partners with global software development teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle, focusing on threat modeling, penetration testing, and secure coding practices. Prior to Genesys, Neeta held various leadership positions at Live Nation Entertainment from 2013 to 2022, including Vice President of Threat and Risk and Senior Director of Application and Supplier Assurance, where responsibilities involved leading teams in vulnerability assessments and establishing secure coding guidelines across multiple properties. Neeta began their career at NBC Universal as a Manager of Application Security and gained foundational experience at GE as a Security Architect. Neeta holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Science and Information Systems from Penn State University, completed in 2002.
