Genetica is an emerging technology platform/retail operating A.I. within Cannabis Industry.

We’re looking for an experienced sales leader to grow and guide our successful and growing B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) company. The VP of Sales will provide the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure our fast-growing company has the strategy, metrics, operational controls, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization.

• Identify key milestones to reach revenue and lead the sales organization to execute against those milestones • Provide inspired leadership and contribute to a company-wide culture • Work with company leadership to determine short and long term strategies • Maintain an excellent understanding of the market, customers, and competitors • Build out a US-based consultative sales organization and process • Foster an environment that promotes high performance and positive morale • Update strategy as required in ever-changing marketplace • Oversee the company's sales activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing
