Ryan Graft

Ryan Graft has over 15 years of experience in various finance and real estate roles. Ryan'smost recent position was as a Finance Manager at Genezen. Prior to that, they worked at Graft Properties, LLC, where they provided consulting services for real estate and investment properties. Ryan also has experience as a Senior FP&A Analyst at Ardagh Group and Zevacor, where they were responsible for financial analysis and reporting. Ryan has also worked as a Senior Financial Consultant at Robert Half Management Resources and as a Senior Financial Analyst at Ingram Micro. Ryan began their career as a Lease Analyst at Simon Property Group and a Leasing Associate at Equicor. Ryan has a strong background in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and real estate investment consulting.

Ryan Graft obtained their Real Estate Sales License from the Tucker School of Real Estate in 2007. Prior to that, they attended Olivet Nazarene University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics. Ryan also holds additional certifications in Microsoft Excel Intermediate Training, which they obtained from CTS in May 2013, and a Real Estate License obtained from the State of Indiana in April 2011.
