Jasna Tholens Mihajlovic

Jasna Tholens Mihajlovic serves as the Director of Integrated Evidence Generation at Genmab, driving Global Medical Affairs strategies and managing evidence generation programs since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jasna held the position of JJCO Global Director of Clinical Trial Management at Johnson & Johnson, providing operational expertise and leading diversity initiatives from February 2020 to April 2023. Jasna's prior experience at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies included various leadership positions, focusing on investigator-driven research and operational efficiencies across North America and EMEA. With a solid foundation in project management and clinical trials from earlier roles at Kendle International BV, Jasna brings extensive expertise in medical affairs and clinical development, supported by an educational background from Utrecht University.
