Chris Spencer

Chris help find new ways for computers and researchers to collaborate in the conversion of data to knowledge and understanding. For him, he had been lucky that his career has coincided with an explosion in the amount of data available to draw inferences about human biology.

For the last 5 years at Genomics, Chris has been developing and applying statistical algorithms to large genetics and biomedical data to identify novel therapeutics, and to improve the precision and efficiency of healthcare. As part of his work, he led collaborations with companies including Eisai, Merck, Biogen, and Vertex.
