Emma Soy is a leading authority in the Elder Care industry with extensive experience in corporate training and coaching, particularly focused on busy professionals managing family caregiving responsibilities. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Gentle Shepherd Care, which offers at-home and eldercare services in the Charlotte Metro Area, Emma also operates as a speaker and corporate trainer.
