Justin Olsen is a Regional Chef at Genuine Concepts since October 2021. Prior to this, Justin worked as an Executive Sous Chef at Tomasos When in Rome since September 2019. With previous experience as a Sous Chef at Tarbell's, The Tavern, and The Wine Store from November 2016 to July 2019. Justin Olsen obtained an Associates of Occupational Studies degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu in 2004.
