Adam Ciminello

Adam joins Genuine Foods as the chief of staff, serving as the right hand to the CEO and liaison to the C-Suite team. He was most recently the chief of staff at Change Machine, a national nonprofit and social enterprise working to build a more equitable and inclusive economy. In that role, he presided over a 30% increase in revenue and built the organization’s first diversity, equity and inclusion lens, setting measurable and transparent objectives throughout every functional area of the organization. At Genuine Foods, Adam will support the company to execute high-level internal efficiencies and optimize team performance to achieve the strategic objectives.
