Craig Jeffries has over a decade of experience in human resources and enterprise systems analysis. Currently serving as an HR system specialist at Genus PLC since August 2016, Craig Jeffries focuses on D365 HR maintenance, improvements, and providing business guidance, while also supporting the iCIMS recruitment system and other HR systems. Prior to this role, Craig Jeffries held various positions, including enterprise systems data analyst, functional analyst, and junior Oracle functional analyst at James Walker from May 2011 to May 2016, and began a career in business analysis during that same period.
