Fiona Cunliffe

Fiona Cunliffe has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant at Skills Alliance until July 2011. Fiona then joined PRA Health Sciences as an Internal Recruiter and later as a Senior Internal Recruiter, where they handled candidate and senior stakeholder management and contributed to team training and mentorship. Fiona's most recent position is with ICON plc, where they serve as a Senior Recruiting Specialist and a Team Lead - Talent Acquisition, starting in July 2021 and February 2022 respectively.

Fiona Cunliffe completed their BA in French with First Class Honours from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2005 to 2009. In 2007-2008, they also studied at Université de Savoie as part of the ERASMUS program. In addition, they obtained a Level 5 certification in Human Resources from Basingstoke College of Technology through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, although the exact years of study for this degree are unknown.
