Heather Paliouras

Heather Paliouras has extensive work experience in the field of human resources (HR). Heather began their career as an HR Advisor at Hagemeyer, where they worked from 1999 to 2004. In 2006, they joined Coloplast as an HR Manager and stayed with the company until 2009. Heather then moved to Pentair, where they served as an HR Manager from 2009 to 2012, and later as an HR/Operations Manager from 2012 to 2013. Currently, they are employed as the Head of HR at Geofabrics, a position they have held since May 2022. Before their promotion, they worked as an HR and Safety Manager at Geofabrics since 2013.

Heather Paliouras holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Commerce from Deakin University.
