Currently serving as a Geotechnical Consultant for Freelance Geotechnical Engineering Services, Victor has held multiple roles at Geoquip Marine since September 2019, including Offshore Geotechnical Engineer and Offshore Project Manager. With a career spanning over a decade at Victory Geotechnical Services Limited, Victor specializes in offshore investigations, foundation and civil construction, and oil and gas projects. As General Manager at Bright Gem Resources International Limited, Victor oversees operations across various sectors, including oil, gas, technology, energy, and education.
