Christian Carmona

Christian Carmona has extensive experience in risk management and insurance, currently serving as a Risk Manager for both George Hills and the City of Fairfield since April 2022 and November 2018, respectively. Previously, Christian held key roles such as Claims Manager and Risk Manager for George Hills Company and the City of Redding, accumulating significant expertise from May 2007 to November 2018. As a Board Member and Past President of the California Joint Powers Risk Management Authority, Christian has contributed to key risk management initiatives. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from California State University-Sacramento, obtained between 1988 and 1993.
