Nikola Kretschmann

Nikola Kretschmann joined George Smith Partners in 2022. Before joining GSP, Nikola interned with Keller Williams Total Realty Group. At TRG, Nikola worked in a commercial real estate team specializing in multifamily units in the downtown area. There, Nikola established a strong understanding of the market, client relationships, and underwriting. While in school, Nikola worked under the Head of Commercial of Figure 8 Realty, a boutique brokerage. During his time at Figure 8, he worked across multiple asset classes and helped his clients place over $35,000,000, landing him in the top 1% of agents. In his senior year, Nikola worked for California Landmark Group, a Los Angeles family office developer. While at CLG, Nikola learned fundamental skills Principals use to perform underwriting, market research, and due diligence for multifamily investments.
