Erik Schwendenman

Erik Schwendenman possesses extensive experience in business development and corporate reorganization services, currently serving as Vice President at Computershare since February 2000, where responsibilities include coordinating product development and managing sales to C-suite executives worldwide. In addition to this role, Erik has held a similar position at Georgeson Securities since January 2012 and at Georgeson Inc. since 2005. Prior experience includes corporate actions management as a Senior Account Manager at EquiServe and leading investor relations for closed-end mutual funds. Early in Erik's career, inventory control management was handled at Reebok. Erik is also qualified with FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 certifications. Educational background includes studies at Northeastern University and North Quincy High School.
