Rebecca Hallum

Rebecca Hallum serves as the Associate General Counsel and Vice President of Healthcare Improvement Programs at the Georgia Hospital Association since February 2017. Holding multiple roles within the organization, including Compliance Officer and Privacy Officer, Rebecca has accumulated extensive experience in legal and compliance matters within the healthcare sector. Prior to this, experience includes positions such as Compliance Manager at Families First and Compliance Analyst at Harbin Clinic. Earlier roles include law clerk positions at The Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law and the American Civil Liberties Union of Georgia, along with internships focused on law and voting rights. Rebecca Hallum earned a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Political Science from Stetson University.
