Victoria Lawrence

Victoria Lawrence has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Victoria began their career as a Graduate Management Trainee at Lloyds Banking Group in 2003, where they progressed to the roles of Sales Manager and later Strategy Manager. In 2007, they joined The Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant, where they stayed until 2012.

In 2012, Victoria joined AB Agri as a Strategy and Business Development Manager, and in 2014, they became the Managing Director of Aunir, an AB Agri company. Victoria continued with AB Agri, holding positions such as Business Development Director and Director of Strategy and Business Development from 2016 to 2018.

Currently, Victoria is the Managing Director at Germains Seed Technology, a position they took up in November 2018.

Victoria Lawrence attended INSEAD from 2009 to 2010, where they received their MBA degree. Prior to that, they attended the University of Oxford from 1999 to 2003, earning a 2:1 degree in Literae Humaniores.
