Eva María Robles Hernández is a doctoral researcher at the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases (DZNE) since July 2023, focusing on GABAergic inhibitory cells rewiring during spatial memory encoding under the Viana da Silva lab. Previously, Eva worked as a researcher at TecSalud del Tecnológico de Monterrey from January to May 2023, leading the research area at Hospital Zambrano Hellion, Instituto de Neurología y Neurocirugía, and Centro de Neurociencias Cognitivas y Neuroplasticidad. Eva also interned at DZNE from May to November 2022 and served at the Instituto Nacional De Rehabilitación from August 2018 to February 2019. Academically, Eva holds a master's degree in Neuroscience from Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin and a master's in Neuroscience from Université de Bordeaux, as well as a BSc in Psychology with a focus on Neurosciences from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and experience at the University of Groningen.
