Maria Isabel Cardona

Maria Isabel Cardona is a Doctoral Researcher at the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases (DZNE), specializing in interventions for primary care and support for vulnerable patients and caregivers. Previous experience includes a Student Research Assistant position at the Institut für Biomedizin des Alterns, contributing to a systematic review on the Transitional Care Model for geriatric patients, as well as a Master's degree in Physical Activity and Health from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
