Greg Jensen has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Greg started their career at Progressive Insurance in 1997, where they held various roles including Adjuster, Team Manager, Repair Coordinator, and Service Center Manager.

In 2007, Greg joined Liberty Mutual Insurance as the TLC (DRP) Manager, where they revamped the direct repair program for seven states and increased the network of repair facilities. Greg also helped standardize the program by developing standard work through process mapping.

Greg then moved on to become the Property Claims Team Manager, where they managed all aspects of a three-state area for homeowners claims. Greg later served as the Interim Regional Appraising Manager, operating all aspects of the Auto appraisal channel for a seven-state territory and improving cycle time and cost of repair.

From 2013 to 2015, Greg worked as the Field Property Team Manager at Liberty Mutual, overseeing a four-state area for Home Owners Claims and managing the Black Forest Fire Catastrophe.

In 2015, Greg joined Germania Insurance as the Casualty Field Auto and Quality Assurance Director. Here, they built the Auto program from the ground up and developed new standards on estimating and processing of claims. Greg oversaw seven direct managers and over 100 employees.
