Michelle Armstrong

Michelle Armstrong has extensive experience in educational and social work settings, currently serving as a 4K instructional aide at Germantown School District since September 2022. Previously, Michelle was a 4K aide at Menomonee Falls Preschool co-op and worked in various capacities within the healthcare and social services sectors, including roles as an intake coordinator and treatment foster care social worker at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. After starting a family, Michelle dedicated time as a stay-at-home mom before continuing a professional trajectory that includes program management and licensing specialist positions with multiple organizations focused on child welfare. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and Psychology from Carthage College.
