As a key member of our HR team, you'll be the go-to person for HR-related queries, guiding employees through company policies and best practices. Your role will involve supporting the HR department in various functions such as recruitment, process optimization, performance evaluations, and talent development.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Act as a key contact for HR queries, clearly articulating HR policies and guiding through procedures. Address straightforward concerns and direct complex issues to the HR director for resolution.
  • Facilitate the hiring process, from posting jobs and coordinating interviews to managing applicant communications.
  • Oversee employment documentation, contributing to the onboarding and offboarding processes of staff members.
  • Clarify disability and leave protocols, produce necessary correspondence, and maintain detailed reports to monitor leaves.
  • Maintain orderly personnel and HR-related files.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Engage in HR projects and initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Foster positive employee relations through proactive engagement at all organizational levels.
  • Recording and facilitating training.
  • Maintain and update employee records, prioritizing data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR databases and systems to guarantee data integrity.
  • Generate and distribute HR reports, such as headcount, turnover, and payroll summaries, when required.
  • Offer administrative support to the HR department, including document management and preparation.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, aiming to enhance process efficiency and data quality.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to refine processes, improve workflows, and ensure data precision and efficiency.
  • Other reasonably related duties

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge and interest in human resource disciplines and principles.
  • PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or related software.
  • Ability to provide high quality customer service through phone calls, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Able to handle highly sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required, or 2 years of relevant work experience.
