Hadeer Mohammed

Hadeer Mohammed has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Hadeer started their career as a Trainee at Giza Systems in 2014, where they gained valuable foundational knowledge. In 2015 and 2016, they continued their training at Giza Systems, further developing their skills.

In 2016, Hadeer joined eBSEG as a Presales Engineer, where they worked closely with the sales team to support pre/post-sales activities and present company products to clients. Hadeer also collaborated with customers to gather technical requirements and create technical proposals. Later in 2016, they transitioned to the role of Project Management/Business Analyst, where they were responsible for gathering development prerequisites, creating detailed project plans, and ensuring accurate documentation.

From 2020 to 2021, Hadeer worked at G2K Group as a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner. In this role, they identified opportunities for improvement in business operations, interacted with stakeholders to understand their needs, and documented and analyzed business requirements.

In 2021 and 2022, Hadeer joined Softec Technologies as a Project Coordinator, collaborating closely with the Project Manager to prepare action plans, manage project schedules and risks, and handle administrative tasks.

Currently, Hadeer is employed at GET Group Holdings Ltd. as a Sr. Business Analyst/Product Owner. Their responsibilities include requirements elicitation and identifying the sources of requirements.

Throughout their work experience, Hadeer has demonstrated their ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, gather and analyze requirements, and contribute to the improvement of business processes and systems.

Hadeer Mohammed obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from New Cairo Academy. They are also currently pursuing a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from AMIDEAST.
