Spencer Jackson

Spencer Jackson is the current General Counsel at Getaround. Prior to that, they served as VP & General Counsel at Ooma, Inc. from January 2014 to September 2018. Jackson has also worked as an attorney at Intel Capital and Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe. Spencer started their career as a recording engineer at Dept. of Ways & Means in 1994 and later became a partner at Hi-Tech Audio Systems. Jackson has a degree in geophysics from Unocal Corporation.

Spencer Jackson holds a JD from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, an MS in Geophysics from Stanford University, and a BS in Geophysics from the University of California, Berkeley. Spencer also holds certification from Berkeley Law Executive Education in Leadership in the Legal Profession, University of California, Berkeley - School of Law in Blockchain Unlocked Academy, and USPTO in Registered Patent Attorney.
