Carmel Arazy

Carmel Arazy's work experience includes being a Talent Acquisition Lead at Fabric since November 2023, where they are responsible for leading the talent acquisition process. Prior to this role, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Fabric from September 2021. They were also a Talent Acquisition Partner at iTalent - Hire Smarter from February 2020 to August 2021, where they used unique methods and smart AI tools to find and hire highly qualified candidates for startups and the high-tech industry. Carmel also has experience as an Art Therapy Intern at "Alians" & "Lady Davis" High Schools from September 2017 to July 2019. Before transitioning into talent acquisition, they worked as a Flight Attendant at EL AL Israel Airlines from November 2013 to October 2018.

Carmel Arazy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2013. Carmel then pursued a Master's degree in Art Therapy/Therapist at Seminar Hakibutzim from 2017 to 2019. In addition, they also hold a certification as a Pilates Certified Teacher (PCT) from Dror Raz - The Israeli Pilates Center in 2010.
