Madelaine Herrera Campos began their career in 2016 as Jefe de eventos nacionales MDL-UP at IMEF Oficial. In 2017, they joined J.P. Morgan as a Front Office Equities and MO & BO Equities intern. In 2020, they joined Fairplay as a Customer Success Executive, then a Customer Success Manager, and currently serves as Head of Customer Success. In this role, they are responsible for the success of Fairplay's clients and increasing customer satisfaction with their services.

Madelaine Herrera Campos completed their degree in Administration and Finance from Universidad Panamericana in 2019. Madelaine then obtained a Figura III certification from AMIB (Sitio Oficial) - Asociación Mexicana de Instituciones Bursátiles in May 2019. In 2021, they began the Power MBA program with a specialization in Digital Marketing, Business & Marketing Expert from ThePower Business School.
