Karen Escobar

Karen Escobar is the current Head of People at Flex. Prior to their current position, they were an HR Advisor at Bennie from July 2019 to August 2021. Before Bennie, they were the People Ops Manager (HR Manager) at White Ops from November 2015 to April 2021. Prior to White Ops, they were an Operations Office Assistant at Namely from July 2015 to November 2015. Before Namely, they were the Head Teller at Schuyler Savings Bank from December 2011 to July 2015. And before Schuyler Savings Bank, they were a Teacher Aide at Little Friends Daycare from September 2010 to December 2011.

Karen Escobar pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) at John Jay College (CUNY). Her field of study was public policy and administration. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in social science at Rutgers University - Newark. Karen also holds an Associate's degree in social science from Essex County Community College. Her high school education was completed at Kearny High School, where they earned their diploma in general education.
