Jordan Fuehrer

Jordan Fuehrer, JD, CPCU has extensive work experience in the insurance industry.

Starting in 2010, Fuehrer worked as an Associate Attorney at Pastrnak Law Firm, P.C. Jordan then joined Nationwide Insurance in 2011 as a Claims Specialist, Subrogation, where they assessed liability, negotiated with insurance carriers and attorneys, and conducted research projects.

In 2012, Fuehrer worked for both Allstate and Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS). At Allstate, they served as a Product Operations - Contract Project Manager. At AGCS, they held multiple roles, including Counsel, Insurance, Underwriting Integrity Manager/Product Development Manager, and Product Compliance Analyst. In these roles, they handled legal matters, created insurance products, managed compliance projects, and coordinated with various stakeholders.

From 2014 to 2016, Fuehrer worked at GuideOne Insurance as a Director, Underwriting Compliance and later as a Product Manager Lead. In these positions, they provided oversight, managed a team, and developed and maintained insurance products.

In 2016, Fuehrer joined EMC Insurance Companies as an Assistant Vice President - Regulatory Compliance. Here, they directed the functions of identifying, analyzing, and communicating legal and regulatory changes, collaborated with business units to build a culture of compliance, and served as a liaison with regulatory entities.

Most recently, Fuehrer started working at Foresight Commercial Insurance in 2022 as the VP of Product and UW Strategy. In this role, they lead product, compliance, and underwriting strategy for an insurtech focusing on disrupting middle-market workers' compensation. Jordan handles state expansion, coordinates pricing strategy, and drives IT implementation.

Throughout their career, Fuehrer has demonstrated expertise in product development, underwriting compliance, regulatory compliance, and legal matters within the insurance industry.

Jordan Fuehrer, JD, CPCU has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a Health Law Certificate from Drake University Law School. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from the University of Iowa. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
