Becky Wender

Becky Wender is an experienced professional in the fields of people and culture, talent management, and organizational development. Currently serving as the VP of People and Culture at GetHarley, Becky has previously held significant roles at Avon, including Senior Director positions in Reward, Talent and People Services, and Culture, Talent and Learning, as well as Executive Director of Global Talent. Additionally, Becky's tenure at Barclays Investment Bank included serving as Director of Leadership, Learning and Talent, and at Barclays as Director of the Leadership Academy. Earlier in Becky’s career, leadership roles encompassed Head of Talent and Development and Head of Talent Management at Commercial Bank.
