Hui-Yi Chee

Hui-Yi Chee has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Hui-Yi began their career as a Server at Extreme Pita - A Division of MTY Group in 2015. In 2016, they joined the Malaysian-Singaporean Student Association (UTMSSA) as President and Vice President, and also served as Director of Events. In 2017, they took on the role of Client Manager at Enactus, where they reached out to over 150 start-ups and created customized step-by-step timelines and strategies for clients. In 2018, they worked as a Member Services Specialist at Alterna Savings and a Tax Preparer at Agincourt Community Services Association. In 2019, they were a Staff Accountant at Innovo LLP and an Internal Auditor at the Canadian National Exhibition, where they performed audits on over 50 CNE vendors and reviewed variances between vendors’ sales report and auditors report. Hui-Yi is currently working as a Corporate Accountant at Maple (getmaple.ca).

Hui-Yi Chee completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management between 2015 and 2019. Hui-Yi is currently enrolled in CPA Ontario's Professional Education Program - Common Final Examination (PEP- CFE) program, which they began in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2021.
