About the People Team 

The GetScale People team plays an integral role in the company’s growth.  The team is responsible for implementing a range of systems, processes, and programs that will allow GetScale’s to attract and hire top-tier talent at scale. About the Workplace Experience Manager Role

The Workplace Experience Manager will partner closely with the leadership team and the People team to create an environment that is welcoming, motivating, and contributes to our ability to drive sustainable growth. You will plan, implement, and oversee our company's daily office operations. Your responsibilities will be broad and include improving processes, implementing strategies that support the employee experience, troubleshooting hardware issues, bolstering culture and morale, and enhancing overall productivity. No day will look alike. One day you may be focused on ensuring the kitchen is clean and tidy, the snacks are stocked, and prepping tech equipment for the next class of new hires. The next day you might plan the next month’s company-wide event, coordinate with internal and external vendors, and create internal process documentation. This dynamic position requires the ability to think critically, have high attention to detail, and proactively implement solutions or upgrades, all while being professional and discreet. The Workplace Experience Manager Position Will

  • Partner closely with the leadership and People teams to foster a productive, positive, and efficient office environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces, including kitchens, conference rooms, and common areas.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing facilities, office supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Manage equipment inventory and oversee the seamless onboarding and offboarding process for all employees, ensuring all hardware and resources are prepared. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware issues and technical problems.
  • Manage the office budget effectively, overseeing expenditures on office supplies, equipment, and technology to ensure cost-efficiency while maintaining quality and meeting operational needs.
  • Enhance company culture and morale by organizing events like office happy hours, volunteer initiatives, and leading other cultural initiatives.
  • Implement and improve processes to optimize office efficiency and functionality.
  • Create and maintain internal process documentation and office policies.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

About You

  • Excited to work in-office five days a week and take ownership of maintaining our physical workspace.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and discretion while maintaining confidentiality.
  • You move quickly, are self-motivated, can roll up your sleeves and are comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Enjoys building relationships and collaborating with team members across departments.
  • Balances strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
  • Creative problem solver who approaches challenges with enthusiasm.
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.

Even Better if You Have

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications and Asana 
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and tech issues 
  • Passion for solving hardware and software issues
  • Experience with audiovisual (AV) equipment setup

What We’ll Deliver to You

  • Base salary of $60,000 - $70,000, depending on experience
