Mattie Isaac

Mattie Isaac is the current VP of People at Shogun. Prior to their current role, they were with The Circle by Founders Circle Capital, CPOHQ, and EatStreet. At EatStreet, they were the Senior Vice President of Human Resources from August 2018 to May 2021. From May 2015 to September 2015, Mattie was an Adjunct Professor at Adler University. Mattie was also the Senior Director of Human Resources at Trunk Club from December 2013 to August 2018. Before that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Braintree from November 2010 to December 2013. Mattie started their career as a Legislative Intern at Olsson Frank Weeda Terman Bode Matz PC from June 2009 to August 2009. After that, they were a Graduate Assistant for Recruitment and Marketing at the University of Illinois at Chicago from August 2008 to September 2010.

Mattie Isaac has a M.P.A. in Public Management, Information and Performance Management from University of Illinois Chicago, a B.A. in Performing Arts, Public Policy from Sarah Lawrence College, and a Certification from SHRM in SHRM-SCP.
