Kirsten Rourke has a diverse work experience, starting in 1997 as a COTA at Easterseals. In 2000, they became an Instructor at AXIOM Learning Solutions, LLC, where they remained until 2022. During this time, they also founded their own company, Rourke Training LLC, and became a Public Speaker. In 2012, they worked as a User Group Manager at Adobe until 2015.
