Adela Ghețău

Adela Ghețău has a variety of work experience in different companies and roles. Adela started their career in 2016 as a Summer Warden at the Royal Collection Trust, where they focused on visitor safety, customer service, and providing information about palace history and exhibits. In 2017, they worked as an Assurance Intern at PwC UK, gaining transferrable skills in the areas of audit, consulting, and data assurance. During the same year, they also had two internships at the University of Glasgow, where they worked on projects related to redesigning websites, collecting user data, analyzing engagement, and researching employability among university students. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Graduate Data Analyst at TUI, where they provided analysis to stakeholders and used data to derive insights that supported decision making in the wider business. Currently, they hold the position of Data Analyst at GetYourGuide, starting in 2020.

Adela Ghețău started their education in 2010 and completed their Romanian Baccalaureate at Colegiul National Mircea cel Batran Constanta in 2014. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Economics/Psychology at the University of Glasgow from 2014 to 2018. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained CELI 3 from Università per Stranieri di Perugia in June 2016, IELTS 8.5 from the British Council in May 2013, and DALF C1 from Centre international d'études pédagogiques (CIEP) in February 2013.
