Cristina Núñez Rodríguez has extensive experience in the HR field, with a focus on talent acquisition and HR systems. Cristina worked as the Global Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Lead & HR Systems at GFT Technologies SE, where they were responsible for HR systems implementation and maintenance for multiple countries. Prior to that, they worked at Ecolab as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Coordinator for over 17 years. Cristina also worked as an HR Generalist & Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at PortAventura and as a Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist at Transiciel. Additionally, they have experience as a Human Resources Recruiter at Adecco Group and as a Clinical Specialist at Consultoría Clínica and Hospital Universitari de Bellvitge, where they conducted diagnostic interviews, evaluations, and treatments.

Cristina Núñez Rodríguez pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificado de Suficiencia Investigadora in Cognitive Neuropsychology from Universitat de Barcelona between 1995 and 1997. From 1987 to 1992, they completed a Licentiate degree in Clinical and Industrial Psychology, also at Universitat de Barcelona. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various SAP certifications related to SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding, as well as accreditation from SAP SuccessFactors in 2020. Cristina also completed a course on generative AI from LinkedIn in 2024.
