Eleanor Hough

Eleanor Hough is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ghSMART. In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing effective sourcing strategies aimed at identifying and recruiting top candidates for ghSMART.

Prior to working at ghSMART, Eleanor worked at Wayfair. She held multiple roles during her time there, primarily in the Talent Acquisition space. Most recently, she was responsible for sourcing tool vendor management and helped implement a CRM.

Eleanor received her BA in Psychology from Bates College. She currently resides in Boston, MA.
