Paulo Joined Gi Group In 2015. He has more than 25 years of experience in the Recruitment and Staffing industry serving as CFO and CEO in Portugal, Brazil, and direct supervision of 8 Countries in Latin America. In January 2020, following the position of Country Manager in Gi Group Brazil he was transferred to London to take the same position in Gi Group UK and Ireland. In January 2023, he was promoted to Regional Head UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands. With an MBA and degree in management and further leadership qualifications from IMD (Lausanne), Bocconi (Milan), and Columbia (NYC), Paulo is an experienced lecturer and speaker on Leadership and HR. Fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese he was also formerly a professional basketball player.
