Tiffany Mills

Tiffany Mills possesses extensive experience in the field of compensation and total rewards, currently serving as Director of Total Rewards at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) since March 2015, having previously held roles such as Senior Manager, Manager of Global Compensation, and Senior Compensation Analyst within the organization. Prior to GIA, Tiffany Mills worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Compensation Consultant from 2007 to March 2015, and held the position of Senior Compensation Consultant at Sempra Energy for a year. Tiffany Mills began a career in compensation at Cardinal Health, where the role of Compensation Analyst was held from 2001 to 2006. Tiffany Mills earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology & Social Behavior from UC Irvine.
