Lars Madshus Paaske

Lars Madshus Paaske has a diverse work experience spanning over a period of several years. Lars Madshus began their career at Klart Svar Ullevål as a Sales Representative from 1998 to 2001. Lars Madshus then joined Norsk Tid as in 2001, initially working as a Technical Consultant, responsible for installation, training, and support for the WinTime product. Lars Madshus later became a Project Manager, handling internal and external projects, specifically coordinating technical consultants, developers, and training consultants. Lars Madshus held the project manager role for the company's largest development and delivery project. In 2007, Lars joined Norsk Tid as a Customer Support Manager, where they oversaw installation, training, support, and course activities for the Tidbank system. Lars Madshus built the department from scratch, developing routines and establishing the company's training operations. Finally, since 2013, Lars has been working at Giant Leap Technologies AS, initially as the Localization Owner and Lead for delivery and customer support, and currently as the Product Development Director.

Lars Madshus Paaske attended BI Norwegian Business School from 2003 to 2005 but did not earn a degree. In 2010, they briefly studied at the University of South-Eastern Norway. In 1999-2000, they pursued studies in the field of IT.
