Kevin Hains has gained extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Marketing Database Controller at ABI, the soft drink division of SAB Ltd. In 2005, they transitioned to the role of Strategic Research Analyst at SABMiller. Kevin then worked as a Kantar Worldpanel Client Executive at Kantar Group from 2008 to 2010. Following this, they served as a Customer Marketing Manager Impulse Retail at Nestle Waters from 2010 to 2012. From 2012 to 2018, Kevin held multiple positions at Twinings, including Insight Analyst, Insight Manager, Consumer & Shopper Insight Manager, and Senior Insight Manager. In 2018, they joined Waitrose & Partners as a Category Insight Manager, and later moved to the John Lewis Partnership in 2019 as an Insight Manager, Research. Currently, Kevin holds the position of Senior Insight Manager at giffgaff since 2021 and is set to become the Head of Insight in May 2023.

Kevin Hains obtained a B.Com (Hons) degree in Economics & Econometrics from the University of Johannesburg, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. Kevin also completed the Executive Data Science Specialization course from Coursera in 2020.
