Cory Cunningham

Cory Cunningham has worked in the software engineering and coffee industry for the past 8 years. In 2013, they began their career as a Barista and Shift Manager at The Neighborhood Brew. In 2014, they moved on to become a Barista at O'Henry's Coffee Company. From 2015 to 2017, they held various positions at Octane Coffee Company, including General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Certified Barista. During this time, they were responsible for nine to fourteen employees, creating schedules, and training. Cory also took it upon himself to create a fifteen-page binder which detailed policies, duties, and standard operating procedures. In 2017, Cory joined Shipt, where they held roles as a Software Engineer, Junior Mobile Developer, QA Engineer, QA Analyst, QA Specialist, and Experience Team Member. In 2021, they took on the role of Mobile Software Engineer at Vinovest, where they were responsible for creating new UI/UX features implemented in their high class mobile application and integrating new APIs. This role was impacted by a layoff due to economic recession. Currently, Cory is a Mobile Engineer at Gigpro.

Cory Cunningham graduated from Southeastern Bible College in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Bible and Theology. Cory has also obtained several certifications, including Learning TypeScript from LinkedIn in June 2021, Full Stack Developer from Covalence in March 2019, The Complete SQL Bootcamp from Udemy in February 2018, Barista Espresso Bar Certification from Octane Coffee Co. in June 2015, and ServSafe Manager Certification in February 2014.
