Zoya Bilgrami

Zoya Bilgrami has an extensive work history with various companies. Zoya is currently serving as the Head of Sales Excellence at Giift since March 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Regional Sales Director at Giift since June 2020.

From 2016 to 2018, Zoya was the Co-Founder & CEO of Flochat Tech Solutions FZE. During this time, they successfully launched and managed Flochat, a messaging app targeted at millennials and Generation Z. Zoya oversaw the company's vision, strategy, growth, and success in the MENA region. Additionally, they efficiently handled acquisition, marketing, operations, and finances with limited resources.

Prior to Flochat, Zoya worked at Infinia Services & Solutions as an Account Director from 2012 to 2016.

Zoya also held positions at RAKBANK as the Head of Telemarketing from 2004 to 2005, Mashreqbank as the Head of Sales - UAE from 2001 to 2004, and Citibank UAE as a Sales Development Manager from 1994 to 2001.

Zoya Bilgrami has obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Osmania University. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Advanced Business Development: Communication and Negotiation from LinkedIn in April 2020.
