Jay Kempler

Jay Kempler has a strong background in manufacturing and operations management. Jay has held various leadership positions in companies across multiple industries, such as oil and gas, plastics manufacturing, toy manufacturing, and small business management. In these roles, Jay has been responsible for tasks such as make-or-buy decisions, quoting and sourcing work, process improvement initiatives, budgeting, human resources, and project management. Jay has a proven track record of driving efficiency, reducing costs, and improving productivity. Additionally, Jay has experience in tooling, machining, fabrication, engineering, and sales. Overall, they bring a diverse skill set and an ability to effectively manage and optimize manufacturing processes.

Jay Kempler received their Associate's degree in Applied Science from Oakton College. Jay then went on to complete a Solidworks Certificate in CAD/CAM Solidworks from Elgin Community College. Later, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Judson University.
