Salem Wirth has held various roles in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition since 2013. In 2013, Salem worked as a Universal Retail Banker at CertusBank, where they were solely responsible for generating $4.1 million in new deposits. In 2014, Salem began working at OfficeTeam, Robert Half International as a Division Director, where they were responsible for Human Resources, Recruiting, Marketing and Sales. In 2019, Salem became the Manager of National Sales & Talent Acquisition at Masis Professional Group, where they brought in over $1 million in new business. In 2020, Salem worked as the US Manager of Talent Acquisition at Formel D Group, where they managed the full cycle recruiting process and coached and managed the talent acquisition teams across the US.
